Tucked up in the woods, our cafe offers a relaxed setting for you and friends to enjoy a warm beverage next to a real log fire. On warm days, our doors are wide open allowing the fresh country air to enter, bringing the outdoor in! We have two rooms which are both beautiful.

If you’re a fan of coffee and lovely food then come and see us! We offer a range of seriously good coffee from espresso to mocha, all made with our top of the range coffee machine. Served the way you like it, our ‘Spring Cottage’ coffee blend will warm you up and reenergise you ready for the rest of the day. Being more of a tea drinker myself (Jennie) I love the never ending tea menu from a good, strong, builders brew to a Camomile, Rose and Vanilla herbal tea. Yum!

Our menu uses organic fresh food, all locally sourced or home grown. We try to get creative with food and offer something for everyone. From homemade soup, hot cheese scones to a quality Ploughman’s Lunch - our menu is full of delicious goodness!

Judith is a keen gardener and every year attempts to grow a vast array of fruit and vegetables. When you arrive you will see fruit trees circling the car park. We have vegetable boxes on the veranda gulping in the day light and if her crop succeeds then we feature her vegetables in the daily dishes.

We also have honeybees whom live across the stream and chickens who roost in the large yellow coop at the back of the garden. Their produce also features on the menu as and when available with chicken eggs available to purchase.

Now in Jennie’s eyes we have saved the best till last...the cake!!! We have the most amazing cake display offering gluten free and vegan options. Sadly, it is our job to taste test and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. We offer quite a large serving, as any smaller, would quite possibly be too upsetting.

We welcome towel dried, well behaved dogs in one of our rooms and outdoors but they must be kept on a lead.
